No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or any other reason unrelated to product quality. Please ensure that you review all product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@jewelrybylina.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, personalized jewelry, or any sale items.
